All shipping charges are due at time of purchase and final once item has been shipped. We check your order before shipment to ensure quality delivery. We do not accept returns on orders but will happily replace any faulty equipment if you happen to be the first one to find some! All exchanges will be for company credit and shipping charges must be initially covered by the customer. Once the faulty item has been received and inspected we will issue credit to your account and ensure you are credited for the shipping charges.
